WIP: A New Face

It's almost been a year since I last updated! I am willing to update this old project, it just might take a bit longer. 

On April 13th 2021 I started to remake the core wrapper/engine IUPC ran on

I have switch graphics libs from SFML.Net to RayLib-cs, and because of these 2 events I need to re-write IU PC

I have also made NumberClass public get it here for free (it has also changed from the version I used previously)
